What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate to join BCG’s Transactions & Integrations practice team in Munich. You will have the chance to work closely with our analysts and experts on a day-to-day basis and you will get the chance to take responsibility for driving your own ideas.
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.

What You'll Bring
Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies with high academic achievements (business administration, financial mathematics, economics, or similar)Interest in corporate finance, M&A, post-merger integration and strategy topics
Preferably previous experience in our field (corporate finance, M&A, private equity, or similar) as an intern or working student
Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities; first experience with financial and/or deal databases is a plus
Creative, yet structured problem solver and autonomous self-starter with strong analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and service mentality

BCG’s Transactions & Integrations practice supports BCG’s clients to create value from transactions, from beginning to the end, including deal strategy, preparation, execution, integration and value creation. The practice matches our deep expertise in a multitude of industries with our comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of M&A activity and post-merger integration. We have more than 300 professionals who support business leaders of organizations that are pursuing mergers or acquisitions, existing non-core businesses, seeking new alliances, or launching IPOs.
