Attention, please! The members of our Marketing & Communications Team have something to say— every day. No wonder, considering they’re in charge of media relations, events, digital marketing, and digital communications, with which they shape BCG’s image among clients, employees, alumni, and job applicants, as well as the media and general public. Bringing the Group's global thought leadership to the world, they ensure that BCG expertise and studies are placed in the right channel at the right time and continuously develop our communications and marketing strategy.

What You'll Do

As a Working Student in our Marketing and Communications team, your primary responsibility will be to support the creation of LinkedIn posts for the BCG Austria leadership team. This includes researching content, drafting copy, and developing visual assets (infographics, photo collages, short videos). You’ll also assist in organizing client events, such as managing external contacts, sending out invitations, and helping guests on the day of the event.

What You'll Bring

You are enrolled at an institution of higher education (ideally in one of the following disciplines: communication sciences, journalism, economics, business administration or social sciences).You ideally have some practical experience in the fields of marketing and communications.You bring first experience in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL·E, etc.) and Canva.You are able to work proficiently with the software in the MS Office suite and with Windows 10.Excellent German and very good English skills round out your profile.You demonstrate a structured, reliable work style with strong attention to detail.You set high standards for quality, take initiative, and work well in a team. You are able to present complex topics in a clear and concise way.You are available approximately 8 hours over 1–2 days per week (within the marginal earnings threshold).

Who You'll Work With

As a Working Student, you’ll report directly to BCG’s Marketing and Communication leadership in Austria and be a member of our larger Marketing Team for Central Europe.
