We are seeking a WordPress Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of website functionality and user experience across our clients' web projects. This role is crucial in maintaining the agency's reputation for excellence by conducting thorough testing, identifying potential issues, and providing detailed feedback before websites go live. The position plays a vital role in the final stages of website development, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.

Tasks ListWebsite Quality Assurance \nReview website compatibility across different devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)\nTest functionality across various browsers\nVerify responsive design implementation\nExecute comprehensive testing protocols\nDocumentation and Reporting \nComplete predefined quality assurance checklists\nDocument and report identified issues\nProvide detailed feedback on functionality and user experience\nCreate objective and subjective feedback reports\nContent Quality Control \nReview website content for accuracy and clarity\nCheck for spelling and grammatical errors\nVerify link functionality and relevance\nEnsure content alignment with client requirements\nSystem Management \nNavigate and utilize WordPress effectively\nWork within the Arrow CRM system\nMaintain testing documentation\nTrack and follow up on identified issues\n

Requirements\nProven experience in website quality assurance testing\nDemonstrated proficiency with WordPress\nStrong attention to detail and analytical mindset\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills\nExperience working with content management systems\nProblem-solving capabilities\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines\nStrong documentation skills\nExperience with cross-browser and cross-device testing\nProfessional and proactive approach to work\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n\nWhat to expect...

\nWork Setup:\nRemote position\nMust have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace\nRequired to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system\nWorking Hours:\nMonday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)\n40 hours a week\nCompensation:\n$7 per hour\nNo benefits package included\n
