We are seeking a Regional Growth Leader (RGL) for the U.S. North Water business to drive top line market growth and development. The RGL is part of our regional leadership team, responsible for marketing, business development, sales, and strategy to meet business targets within budget. They supervise Business Center Practice Leaders, prioritize key clients and opportunities, and align efforts with account managers and sector leaders. The RGL consults with marketing and strategic pursuit teams to capture projects and collaborates with other business lines. Reporting to the Regional Business Leader, the RGL supports a 515-person team across 22 states, representing a $112M annual book of business. **Key Performance Indicators** + Meet regional business plan Marketing & Business Development (MBD), sales, and revenue targets within budget: + MBD Return on Investment (T24M) > 17.5. + NR Growth (T12M) >5% + Book-to-Burn (TTM) >1.05 + Sales Coverage Ratio >3 + Top 20 Pursuit Capture Rate ($) >60% + Client feedback and touch point metrics + Health Safety Security Environment (HSSE) goals for leaders + People leader goals + Utilization target ranges from 30%-40% **Your Key Responsibilities** **Regional Growth Strategy** + Collaborate with Senior Water Leadership to develop and execute on our regional growth strategy, targeting diversification across Industrial/Private, Federal, and Municipal/State Markets. + Identify trends and develop a long-term plan for the region, markets, and client base. + Responsible for supporting the annual business plan and budget, outlining the vision, focus, and priorities for implementation and setting specific goals for business performance in the region. + Achieve regional business plan annual sales, growth, and backlog goals versus budget. **Business Development and Financial Management** + Coordinate with the applicable business line leadership and account managers to lead cross-business line collaboration of key initiatives and pursuits across the US North. + Develop and manage the regional marketing and business development plans and budgets. + Personally pursue and lead strategic and significant regional pursuits. + Participate in and support the Regional Top 20 major campaigns, including participating in pursuit strategy development and execution, and assembling the right teams to win our Top 20 pursuits. + Collaborate with business center leadership and sales teams to achieve sales, growth, and backlog goals. Accountable for ensuring that client accounts and pursuits have approved budgets, monitoring the spending relative to the budget, and implementing course corrections. + Coordinate with business center leaders and regional leaders to ensure pursuits follow the proper approval processes and are reviewed for favorable commercial terms. + Participate in the region’s quarterly Net Revenue Forecast update. **Client Service and Account Management** + Develop and maintain key client relationships throughout the region. Serve as account manager and/or sponsor for key regional clients. + Understand key client drivers for business growth and market penetration. + Support and track the development and quarterly review of key client accounts in the region; develop a suitable plan geared towards account growth, to include cross-selling. + Conduct client feedback meetings and follow up with key clients and account teams. **People Leadership, Teamwork, and Collaboration** + Supervise and mentor Business Center Practice Leaders. Pay transparency laws require employers to provide the following information for positions that may be in the following jurisdiction(s): **Salary Range(s):** * NYC $241,500 / Outside NYC $191,700 - NYC $374,300 /Outside NYC $297,100 Min/Max Pay Range(s) for postings located in MN, NYC/NY * $226,200 - $350,600 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in WA and DC The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
