As a Video Production Manager in the Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB) Video and Audio team, you will work closely with marketing and business partners to produce compelling content that enhances the J.P. Morgan brand. You will play a key role in strategy, development, and execution, ensuring projects operate smoothly and expand the CIB’s video portfolio. Your leadership and project management skills will be crucial in managing vendors, agency relationships, and stakeholder expectations.
Job Responsibilities
Manage video and audio workflow including project intake, project management, resource allocation, content distribution, and media management.Provide strategic direction on video and audio to marketing and business stakeholders, using insights from past projects and performance metrics.Own video and audio project workflow, including Marketing tools and platforms, and identify new resources to enhance existing workflow.Develop content ideas and produce original video and audio content, leveraging internal and external resources.Maintain oversight of CIB video and audio, ensuring content meets editorial and production standards for various platforms.Support CIB podcast team, including workflow, audio production, and distribution.Advise Global CIB Marketing team with video project timelines, budgets, and on-site production.Participate in meetings with senior business and client stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.Lead and manage the content approval & documentation process, including signoffs, contracts, and releases.Regularly review data insights and perform competitive analysis to develop new series, formats, and content types.Maintain video database, legal and compliance documents, and ensure all content meets ADA compliance.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Minimum 7 years relevant experience working in media, agency or in-house creative team managing complex video and audio production workflows.Highly organized, creative, collaborative leader with strong editorial judgment and a passion for visual storytelling.Knowledge of video and audio workflow tools, including project management, pre-production, production, and post-production, including professional video equipment and post production software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, etc.)Strong relationship management skills with experience managing high-profile/senior stakeholders.Strong time, organizational, and project management skills.Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).Familiarity with Mac systems.Ability to travel occasionally.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience creating compelling video content (news, television, digital video, in-house creative team, creative agency).Knowledge of video and audio formats and best practices for web & digital applications.Knowledge of video and audio rights and clearance issues.Experience sourcing and managing vendor and agency relationships.
