As a Vice President-Senior Data Use Council Case Manager in the HR Data Risk Management Team, you will guide and support HR partners and cross-functional teams in developing data use cases. You will ensure these use cases align with firm-wide policies and local laws, collaborating closely with control functions to manage data-related risks effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance and support to HR partners and cross-functional teams in developing and implementing data use cases.Evaluate data use cases to ensure alignment with firm-wide policies, standards, and local laws, identifying potential risks and compliance issues.Collaborate with control functions, including Regulatory, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit, to ensure data use cases meet all necessary legal and regulatory requirements.Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning materials to enhance the capability of teams in creating effective data use cases.Guide and manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear communication and updates on data use case objectives and compliance standards.Maintain comprehensive documentation of data use cases, including evaluation criteria, compliance checks, and decision-making processes.Identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification in the development and evaluation of data use cases.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
5 years of experience in data analytics, compliance, controls, or a related field with a focus on data compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess data use cases from multiple perspectives.Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and drive alignment on compliance and risk management objectives.Experience in training and mentoring teams.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
