Job Summary:
As a Vice President in the Client Onboarding and Service Transmissions Support team, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee service and operational activities, and drive service improvements to enhance the client experience. You will manage global resources, serve as an escalation point, and lead projects supporting the broader business.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership, driving support strategies to meet changing client and business needs.Examine industry trends to anticipate future needs and provide oversight of service and operational activities.Ensure allocated work is completed and managed appropriately by team members.Drive service improvements to enhance client experience, simplify engagement, and promote self-service.Oversee global resources, ensuring client inquiries are supported and SLAs are met.Serve as an escalation point for business partners in other functional groups.Lead projects and initiatives supporting the broader business beyond functional responsibilities.Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
Minimum 5 years of people management experience, including managing managers and relevant work in client-facing and technical support roles.Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple guidance.Self-motivated and self-managing, demonstrating sound judgment and effective decision-making.Proven organizational skills, deadline-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize across initiatives.Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data visualizations to meet client and stakeholder needs.Ability to lead and influence as part of a global team, cultivating relationships with business partners.Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and coach team members.Ability to lead and influence a global/virtual team, driving partnership across multiple business areas.Technical support and Treasury Services experience highly required.Additional Information:
