Value Chain Designer- Cost Reduction Analyst
Role Definition
This position will be primarily responsible for identifying, analyzing and implementing cost saving initiatives for HRV products, additionally ECN implementation in the supply base for buy level components. 
In this role you will need to collaborate across departments both internally and externally to optimize components cost while ensuring quality. 
This is a key role that will enhance the overall cost effectiveness of the HRV product and ensure a resilient agile source of component supply to meet the product and business requirement.
This position is located in Rayong Thailand.

Responsibilities & Skill Requirements
Process Management
•    Recommended and implement process cost improvement project to enhance efficiency for the HRV product group. 
•    Identifying and analyzing high risk area related with velocity, quality and cost.
•    Continuously monitor the effectiveness of cost reduction strategies and adjust to achieve cost target when necessary.
Analytical Thinking
•    Strong attention to detail to identify errors and inconsistencies and ability to initiate 
      detailed reports outlining cost saving opportunities.
•    Ability to analyze and identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in datasets.
•    Standardize formats, workflows and ensure data completeness and uniformity.
Problem solving
•    Develop methods to fix or automate data quality processes.
•    Gathers data for use in the analysis of business processes.
•    Identifies and documents specific problems and resolution alternatives.
•    Examines a specific problem and understands the perspective of each involved stakeholder.
•    Develops alternative techniques for assessing accuracy and relevance of information.
•    Helps to analyze risks and benefits of alternative approaches and obtain decision on resolution.

Communication and Collaboration
•    Report findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
•    Collaborate and work closely with various departments to gather data and ensure cost saving measures are effectively implemented.
•    Listens to feedback without defensiveness and uses it for own communication effectiveness.
•    Looks for and considers non-verbal cues from individuals and groups.

Degree Requirement
•    Degree or equivalent experience desired
•    Minimum of three years value chain or related experience
