The Walmart Creative Studio Tools and Data Strategy Team is seeking a skilled Manager, Creative Tools Operations & Enablement to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting prioritized projects through stakeholder engagements. Your work will directly support the digital transformation of Walmart Creative Studio. You’ll elicit requirements and use cases, supply documentation, recommendations, and perform direct software configurations. You’ll serve as an admin and functional support across multiple creative tools, collaborating closely with internal and external solutions partners to mitigate risks and implement continuous improvements. Typical duties involve prioritizing input effectively, continuously evaluating system capabilities, documenting systematically, identifying and closing gaps and redundancies, and supplying informed, nimble recommendations to contribute efficiency to the team’s prioritized objectives.
You’ll maintain and contribute to the Walmart Creative Studio’s Tools ecosystem knowledge base, serving as a training and communications resource to introduce new technology capabilities. As the team implements tooling improvements, you’ll monitor and resolve issues. You’ll facilitate regular interviews to elicit technology and systems usage feedback, evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, troubleshoot tools adoption or process issues, identify interdependencies, and deliver recommendations. You’ll also deliver communication plans in coordination with the team and its stakeholders.
By integrating inputs from Creative and Production stakeholders, Business Advisors, Data & Analytics, Creative Operations, Account Management, and Project Management, you’ll maintain a system-wide perspective on the function, design, and configuration of Creative Studio tools. You’ll supply expertise in creative operations to partnerships with technical teams, including Marketing Technology Product Managers, Site Managers, Global IT and technology vendors, and mutually build knowledge that supports creative tooling.
You will make an impact by:
Managing new capabilities intake, including triage, documentation, research, and communication.
Supporting the discovery, development, and implementation of new creative technologies through collaboration with Creative Studio, MarTech, and Global Tech partners.
Elicit and document stakeholder requirements, use cases, tools feedback, and training needs.
Developing a deep understanding of Creative Studio stakeholders’ objectives, impacts, and requirements.
Performing business benefit analysis to support Creative Studio tools prioritization decisions.
Maintaining technology documentation in the Creative Studio and technical knowledge bases e.g. SharePoint, Workfront, Confluence, Jira, Airtable, Figma, etc.
Serving as POC for issue reports across supported systems and operationalizing the support process.
Actively maintaining your expertise on industry capabilities and using this to influence excellence in Walmart Creative Studio tools.
Delivering documented discovery and recommendations.
Identifying system gaps and dependencies, capturing areas for product, process improvement.
Identifying solutions maturity and supporting Creative Tools strategy.
Contribute to the team’s prioritized objectives, ensuring successful and continuous delivery of new capabilities.
Managing communications among vendors and internal stakeholders.
Developing training documents, facilitating user tests and training for new capabilities.
Administering planned enhancements across Creative tools.

Required Skills and Experience:
2-4 years’ experience as in technology operations supporting creative technology, creative operations, or creative production in large-scale organizations.
2+ years supporting creative technology, studio tools, and marketing for a retail or ecommerce organization.
2-4 years’ hands-on experience with digital asset management systems.
Experience in discovering and implementing creative technologies.
Experience with eliciting and documenting use cases and requirements.
Familiarity with legal, operational, and technology requirements in large-scale organizations.
Experience operationalizing and developing process for technological support and implementation in fast-paced, large-scale organizations.
Experience with creating and maintaining knowledge management, documentation, and training materials.
Excellent verbal and written communication; English-language proficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
