Shift: 6.30 A.M. - 3.30 P.M.
Location: Thane (hybrid)

Role:

Hands-on development and support of class leading UiPath applications and services, using software best practices. Maintaining an awareness of technology trends within and outside of the organisation. Operate within the enterprise standards and conventions while following agile principles. Evangelize and drive the adoption of best practices around design/architecture, development, security and performance for IA solutions - build infrastructure to enable hyper-automation. Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions, continuously improve code quality, increase robot efficiency by utilizing latest/advanced features. Deploy robots by following the standard change management process. Support and engage in the operational oversight of automations in-production including maintenance of the automation software and infrastructure, monitoring bot status, diagnosing issues, and developing error handling process/procedure/mechanisms. Experience with re-usable components or containerization for Automation. Participate and recommend prioritization through the project implementation process. Proven oral and written communication skills. Utilize understanding of industry information management trends/software trends to innovate and provide new ideas. Work as equals with development team for optimal design/delivery.

Requirements:

Graduate with Engineering and IT specialization. 8-10 years of experience in software development. 5 years of relevant experience in UiPath, SQL. Knowledge of AI and Power Platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
