R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.The work model for the role is: #LI HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Measurement and Analytics Division in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for:-\tLead and mentor a team of UI developers.-\tSet technical direction and standards for the front-end development.-\tDesign and develop UI components using React.js ensuring they are responsive and opti-mized for performance.-\tTranslate designs and wireframes into clean and efficient code.-\tBuild reusable front-end components and libraries.

Qualifications for the role

-\tBachelors/Masters degree in science/engineering with 6+ years of professional experience in design and development of front-end UI components.-\tStrong proficiency in programming languages with focus on JS technologies e.g. Node JS, Re-act JS, TypeScript etc-\tStrong proficiency with cloud services such as AWS and Azure services-\tProficient with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JSX and JavaScript.-\tGood understanding of responsive design, accessibility, UI principles, react fundamentals.-\tExperience with Visual Studio and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).-\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.-\tA proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
