Trilingual Customer Service Representative - BCare Canada (English - French - Spanish)

We are seeking a results-driven and quick-learning Trilingual Customer Service Representative with strong interpersonal skills. This role is responsible for resolving customer concerns with high-quality results through back-office tasks and inbound calls, ensuring timely project completion and superior client care. The ideal candidate is technologically proficient with strong English, Spanish and French (B2+ proficiency). Prior experience in troubleshooting is preferred but not required.

What you’ll do

Update credit files with high quality standards, applying documented rules and procedures.Provide support and education regarding credit information, file interpretations and products.Answer and solve problems and requests based on the consumer scenario, doing an analysis of the details provided, to offer optimal solutions.Ensure compliance with company’s procedures and policies.Work in a team environment and customer-centric culture.

What experience you need 

Fluent in English, Spanish, and French (B2 level or higher, both spoken and written).High School Diploma.

What could set you apart

Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow troubleshooting procedures and quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.Proficiency in utilizing self-service resources (help center articles, FAQs, online documentation).Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Management, Salesforce Service Cloud).Skilled in spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).
