Your Role
Reporting to the Asia Pacific Treasurer, you will oversee the treasury operations for Chubb Life across 9 locations in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring efficient cash management, liquidity planning, and risk management. Your focus will be to deliver value-driven opportunities to incorporate standardised processes, system improvements or implementations, consolidating and enhancing bank relationships, plus cash management structures to enhance liquidity. You will also work with in-country Treasury, Finance teams and business partners to ensure that new payment and collection solutions are delivered in line with best practice, utilises our core treasury system infrastructure, and is in accordance with our global strategy.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee all Treasury Operations deliverables and reporting, relating to cash and liquidity management, and banking partners Work closely with local finance, accounting and investment teams, to align treasury activities with overall business objectives Manage relationships with regional banking partners to ensure the best terms are received Drive the implementation of Group Treasury Systems and Processes to the Life business to realise the benefits of standardisation, control and centralisation for Treasury Operations Leverage new payment technologies and other Treasury related technical advances to optimise operations and data analysis Streamline treasury processes, implement automation where possible, and maintain robust internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy Ensure adherence to internal policies and manage the treasury reporting process Drive initiatives to innovate payment and cash management proceduresYour Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldExtensive experience in treasury, finance, or cash management to a senior levelExperience in the insurance industry strongly preferred, with knowledge of accounting principles and insurance specific cash flowsProficiency in treasury management systems and advanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partnersDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvement and risk mitigationStrong understanding of payment solutions and banking operationsWe offer you the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and agile environment where continuous development is encouraged throughout your career, both locally and globally.
