Treasury Center Bratislava has very successful presence in Slovakia. We are a team of young professionals, providing mainly Cash Management services to legal entities all over Europe, Middle East and Africa. Our main objectives are standardization, harmonization of systems and processes, in order to effectively control risk and fulfil working capital requirements of managed entities across EMEA. We interact with internal clients and external banks. Our working environment is dynamic, challenging, friendly, and provides great opportunity to get unique professional experience in Treasury Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

perform daily cash management operations using Treasury Management System, Payment Factory and other treasury tools

ensure proper financial funding, payment execution and bank account reconciliation

effective handling of Treasury communication channels with external and internal counterparties

act as primary contact point for banking partners, maintain existing banking services and products and perform bank account management in line with internal guidance

regular reporting of key cash and debt data, preparation of short and long-term cash forecasts

protect company cash through predefined risk management activities such as counter party limits and debit transaction reconciliation

regular control of bank fees against agreed banking terms and conditions

support other treasury operations such as Bank Guarantees or arranging foreign currency conversion through front office

The salary range starts at 2100 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.

Required Skills and Expertise

University degree preferably in Economics, Finance (suitable also for fresh graduate) or High school degree with relevant working experience of min 0-2 years, also accepting the zero-year experience

fluent level of English (written and spoken)

other languages are welcome – Spanish, Italian, German, Frech (written and spoken)

active user of MS Excel (beside basic functions ability to work with large data files, filters, VLookUp, Pivot tables is required) required are MS Power applications (MS list, MS forms, Power BI, etc.)) and also the TMS – FIS application user is welcome

good organizational and efficient communication skills, strong time management

reliable person with attention to details

team player and quick learner
