As a Transactions Specialist III with Subpoena Processing you will be responsible for complying with all Subpoenas, IRS Summons and other legal correspondences served to JPMC by producing documents and information when JPMorgan Chase has proper authority to do so by accessing various on-line mainframe and web based systems. The specialist acts as a liaison between JPMorgan Chase and the party who issued the Subpoena and applies legal requirements to regularly negotiate complex documentation. Works with various state and federal agencies, along with in house attorneys when needed, on a wide range of issues related to documentation.
