**Position Summary** We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Confectionery Team. This person will ensure timely implementation of all category plans, with omni/channel scope. In addition, the role holder will act as a gatekeeper for trade implementation of all relevant GD initiatives for respective category, ensuring that all are well defined in terms of size of resources versus expected outcomes (incremental sales volumes, incremental distribution, incremental no of new shoppers, etc.). **A day in the life of a Trade Marketing Specialist:** + Ensuring shopper insight is integrated into all trade implementation, from initial concept to shopper communication. + Illustrating agreed Category Growth Drivers and Activation Platforms in all initiatives, including innovation and renovation, route-to-market strategies, pricing and promotions, and shopper communication. + Implementing Category Channel plans in alignment with prioritized channels, distinguishing between core and accelerator channels. + Driving the alignment of brand, channel, customer, and field sales plans to achieve business targets, actively managing discrepancies between objectives and actual results at a corporate level. + Executing brand, customer, and field sales plans that deliver on annual business targets. + Coordinating the execution and monitoring the progress of commercial plans to capitalize on opportunities, maximize synergies, and optimize resource allocation. + Implementing a Point of Sale Materials (POSM) process to minimize losses in the warehouse. + Monitoring the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for Nestle. + Continuously monitoring budget spending in accordance with agreed planning. + Optimizing promotion plans through systematic evaluation to improve return on investment (ROI). **What will make you successful:** + 2/3+ years of commercial experience with previous experience in Sales (Field) and/or Marketing + University graduate + Advanced Excel + Clear understanding of the selling process and the shopper behavior + Understanding of key business functions + English fluency. **What we offer?** + A culture focused inclusion, diversity, and innovation + International work environment + Meal vouchers + Performance bonus + Christmas and Easter bonuses + Medical subscription for our employees, their spouses, and children + Bookster + Pet@Work + "Mental health" programs + Additional vacation days that increase with seniority at Nestlé.
