Job Summary
As a Vice President in our Fees Operations Process, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence and innovation within our team. You will be responsible for managing and supervising a talented group of 10-15 professionals, ensuring that our fee operations are efficient, accurate, and aligned with the strategic goals of the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of 10-15 people, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving transformation and defining the long-term strategy for the process. Engage in transformation and strategy discussions with multiple stakeholders, managing system changes from legacy to strategic, and ensuring the adoption of best practices across the firm. Drive efficiencies and reduce manual processing by questioning existing processes and finding more efficient solutions. Your role will involve partnering with Operations and Technology to implement intelligent automation tools like Alteryx and Python. Focus on talent management and grooming, guiding and coaching individuals to achieve their career goals. Conduct performance reviews and drive positive energy within the team. Ensure relevant and adequate controls are in place, maintaining a strong control and risk mindset. You will be responsible for ensuring the right structure is in place to support the Front-Office with their queries. Maintain a strong client focus, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Drive project testing and ensure successful implementation of new initiatives.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience: At least 12 years of work experience with 5 years as a people leader, demonstrating strong analytical skills, methodic approach, and attention to detail. Technical Skills: Exposure and experience working on intelligent automation tools like Alteryx, Python, etc. Adaptability: Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate individuals. Problem Solving: Ownership of issues and a proactive approach to problem-solving, driving initiatives, and motivating individuals.
