As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist IV  within our Nostro Reconciliations team in the Securities Finance operation, you will have the opportunity to investigate and promote the resolution of exceptions. Job responsibilities:

Coach and provide feedback to managers, team leaders, and team members to exceed key performance indicators.Conduct annual performance reviews.Handle and resolve escalations from external and internal parties.Perform primary and secondary reviews, including high-value transactions processed by the team.Act as the team’s point of escalation and liaise with various internal teams to resolve issues timely.Understand risk management to manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds.Review and implement control changes to mitigate operational risks.Escalate issues to senior management as necessary.Attend and drive internal meetings to meet or exceed partner needs and expectations.Participate in client calls to understand requirements and ensure timely implementation.Lead process improvement and automation projects within the team.
 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

 Knowledge of financial instruments and their accounting treatmentGood operational knowledge of Fund accounting system Starting professional accountancy qualification Time management and organizational skills  Ability to partner effectively with peers, colleagues and clients  Good oral and written communication skills

Minimum 3+ years’ experience preferably in Financial Sector industry
