Job Summary

As a Trade Lifecycle in JP Morgan Fund Accounting and Investment Middle Office Services, you will take a lead role in reconciling data with external/internal custodians, prime brokers, transfer agents, or counterparties. You will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of reconciliation outputs within agreed service level agreements (SLAs), acting as a subject matter expert for the team and the first escalation point for any issues

Job Responsibilities

Reconcile JP Morgan Fund Accounting data with custodians and brokers.Supervise timely delivery of reconciliation outputs per SLAs.Serve as a subject matter expert for the team.Act as the first escalation point for queries and issues.Manually match and source breaks to operational areas.Conduct second-level investigations and resolve open breaks.Oversee daily work allocation and monitor deliverables.Manage email and queries queue efficiently.Ensure accurate closure of end-of-day activities.Deliver all MIS and metrics per SLA.Provide guidance on domain-specific questions.
