What You Can Expect
As a Transformation/TMO Specialist, you will play a key role supporting high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the Transformation Management Office (TMO), you will support global, cross-functional projects that shape the future direction of the company. This role offers direct exposure to senior management and the opportunity to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, providing valuable insights for the business decision process.
How You'll Create Impact
• Support the Transformation team in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects from initiation through implementation and post-project reporting.
• Collaborate with Transformation Managers to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource needs, and key milestones.
• Track project progress against defined goals, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, expected quality and business outcomes.
• Proactively identify potential risks, issues, or roadblocks—and propose effective, forward-thinking solutions.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including status updates, milestone reviews, and steering committee sessions, while managing escalations when deviations arise.
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by helping to assess change impacts, develop communication strategies, promote stakeholder engagement and adoption throughout project lifecycles.
What Makes You Stand Out• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• You have initial experience in project management, organizational change management or management consulting
• You are familiar with both traditional and agile project management methodologies, as well as organizational change management (OCM) practices.
• You are a confident user of the MS Office suite and advanced MS Excel and Smartsheet skills are advantageous
• You are organized, self-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative
• You are enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and international environment and are comfortable navigating different cultures and challenges
• You possess excellent communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English
Your Background
• Completed bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Initial experience in project management, management consulting, organizational change management or related fields
• Very good knowledge in MS Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in AI or Project Management tools is a plus
• Project Management or OCM certification is a plus
