Test - Product Reliability Engineer
Job Description SummaryReports to the Quality Manager and is responsible for Test Related activities of instrument transformer business in Clearwater, FL

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Ensure compliance to IEEE, IEC and other applicable standardsImplement final test proceduresProvide troubleshooting/testing of product featuresOversees and ensures proper training of hourly workforceCoordinate customer inspections and witness testingPerform qualification testing for new productsMaintains a clean work environmentEvaluate test equipment/procedures to minimize test time and increase throughput while meeting applicable standards – including recommendations on automating equipment and data collectionDevelops and maintains test databases allowing for evaluation of designs and new products as requiredEnsures equipment calibration and maintenance of equipment, including upgrades and replacements as necessaryPerforms design tests as requested and documents resultsEvaluates and commissions new test equipmentSigns off on certified test reports as required

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering degree (or High school diploma / GED with 3 years of related experience)Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
