Marketing & Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division & market) and its customers throughout the digital solution proposals with respect to technical and commercial aspects. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by determining the costs and preparing final documentation.The work model for the role is: #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions team in South Korea. Main stakeholders are sales team and technical experts.You will be mainly accountable for:• Supporting the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective digital solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.• Offering technical advice and providing comment on inquiry specifications to customers/channels/Sales Specialists regarding ABB products/systems/applications.• Providing digital solution technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations, and negotiations.• Performing analytical and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable digital solution that meets the customer needs.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, tendering or engineering in the electrical systems industry. Strong technical knowledge of SCADA, ECMS, and digital solutions. Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop innovative solutions. Experience in data center, industry, and smart building applications would be preferred. Knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical installations, protection relays and electrical automation systems would be preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Korean and English. Strong project management and coordination skills.
