You will join Telecom Quality Team and base in Yixing, your main responsibilities are ：

Support the QC team to implement the routing test, sample test, type test efficiency improvement, safetyPrepare the WI for all related testingProvide the training to the inspector per the WI, verify the training result to ensure inspectors are fully capable to do the things rightDevelop ITP and organize all kinds of on line sampling testing, and final testClosely monitoring the tests result, feedback to production and related function for any variationDevelop the plan for type test, and arrange the test accordingly        Handle the customer claim, take lead on the internal investigation with related dept for containment actions, root cause analysis, corrective actions & preventive actionsCommunicate & Regional KPI of customer quality related to internal team, closely monitoring the Claim numbers, Claim%3, For customer claim issues and audit findings,  considering whether could be developed to lesson learn to share with regional plants or One Point Lesson for internal training to operators for alertWork with Sales to do customer satisfaction survey, understanding the gap to customer expectation and seeking for improvementPlan and Conduct the quick process audit to ensure the production’s conformance to the requirements(Work Order/CA/ITP/WI/etc.), report to related manager for any deviation to correct at onceCollect the COPQ with the entry of NCA system and Cognos report downloadMake analysis of INC, work with internal team to do the root cause analysis and corrective actions for top failuresKeep eyes on lesson learn and best practice to share with plant team and regional teamLead continuous improvement projects to find the opportunities of decreasing the COPQCoordinate Customer FATDeal with the temporary task from quality manager

Who we are looking for

University degree or above and very good EnglishMore than 5 years' experience in quality roles in good companiesMature professional with good integrity, team playerExcellent interpersonal and communication skill with strong leadership skills, can work in complicated environment or JV context
