Technology Support III - QA Automation

As a Technology Support III - QA Automation in COMMERCIAL & INVESTMENT BANK, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, leading to a seamless user experience.

 

Job responsibilities

Provides end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firmSupports the day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems to ensure operational stability and availabilityAssist in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability toolsIdentify issues for escalation and communication, and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholdersAnalyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology servicesHands-on knowledge in Test automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, TestNG, BlazeMeter and JAVA/REST/SOAP web servicesEnsure test scripts cover various test scenarios, including positive and negative cases and develop/execute automated test cases and analyze the results.Strong stakeholder management and written/oral communication skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and effectively communicate recommendationsIntellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quicklyHigh degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressureDemonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practicesExperience with Cloud Technologies (AWS), Docker and KubernetesDomain knowledge of Healthcare revenue cycle management
