Job Description

Your role:

We are on a mission to accelerate our growth in Digitizing the Pathology practice in the global health systems. In the role of Product Configuration Manager within Digital Pathology  you will be responsible for:

Maintain product data including DHF (Design History File) and DMR (Device Master Record) of medical products.

Leveraging ITIL4 configuration management practice  to ensure that accurate and reliable information about the configuration of services, and the configuration items that support them, is available when and where it is needed. This includes information on how configuration items are configured and the relationships between them.

Focuses on Windchill integration and consistency, including Change processes, New product workflow.

Responsible for Windchill user requests, training, and profile set up. Key users responsibilities for user support, troubleshooting local issues. Windchill container maintenance



You're the right fit if:

5-8 Years of relevant industry exposure (medical device exposure is preferred).

Proven expertise in managing and implementing Configuration Management.

Experience in working with document management systems (Windchill)

English fluency (speaking, reading, and writing).

Ability to interact effectively with project stakeholders and different levels of management

Expertise in PDLM/Configuration Management.

While a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is a great foundation, we also recognize the value of hands-on experience

It's a plus if:

Experience in Agile  Development process.

ITIL4 Certified

Experience in a medical device or other regulated industry.

Project management knowledge.



How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
