As a Technical Product Manager in Employee Compute, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.  In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms across the enterprise.  You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
 Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionConducts market research and tracks industry developments to inform product vision and strategyDefines and manages the product's business metrics, including cost, feature and functionality, risk posture and reliabilityManages vendor relationships related to software platforms and associated support servicesDemonstrates leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to positively influence and inspire technology teams and stakeholders Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical product management or a relevant domain areaDirect hands-on experience with UEM technologies such as Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, Jamf or similarExperience of managing mixed device environments including windows PCs, macOS devices, iOS/Android mobile devices and VDI endpointsExperience developing and managing BYOD and COBO device strategiesStrong technical acumen to engage to engage with engineering teams on solution architecture and implementationProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementKnowledge of mobile security concerns and best practicesStrong experience in technology product management role within an enterprise environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationExperience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries
