Responsibility:
Oversee development of overall technical systems and processes across the region and enhance value creation where needed and customization as appropriate to gain new businessDesign and drive execute technical roadmap from business strategy on swine and poultry businessCoordinate track and follow up product development from requirement phase to field trials and development phaseWill require strong key account management capabilities, including crafting robust account plans that coordinate regional and technical resources.Drive value creation and innovation processes at customers as required by direct customer interaction (e.g. visits, customer workshops training) and work closely with our partnership in this countryEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Veterinarian scienceAt least 10 years of managing large and complex Key Accounts in animal health business/poultry farm management.Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.Leadership (manage without direct authority)Strong relationship/trust-building capabilitiesKey Account management skillsProject management skillsAbility to work in and across international teams.Good command of English.Able to travel and workingLocation: Thailand 70% other 30%
