The solutions we deliver are often cross-disciplinary ap-proaches, or EICT (Electrical, Instrument, Control Automation and Telecom). Our customers and users are worldwide. We are now strengthening our TA team with additional Technical Advisor for Electrical Automation. This internal position will focus on managing the power generation, transport, distribution and consumption of industries or utilities. As a Technical Advisor for the segment, your work will contain: • Lead the technical sales support team for Electrical Automation system, includ-ing Power Management Systems (PMS) and Electrical SCADA systems (EL SCADA)• Define the market requirements, technology, standards and trends, and initiate developments of solutions to the ABB Centre of Excellence for both PMS and EL SCADA.• Join a sales team for each tender project, work with front-end sales and other functional staffs• Be responsible for the technical bid during the whole sales phase, by evaluating customer requirements, give advice, and find the cost-efficient technical solu-tion, and participate actively in customer communication • Perform technical bid review and approval in accordance with valid process • Be active in training and industry networks within Electrical Power competence area • Participate in seminars, exhibition, ongoing improvement programs, and other marketing/market activities

Qualifications for the role

An engineering degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) within the relevant disciplines (preferably in Electrical Power Engineering)Relevant electrical engineering experience in large Medium- and High-Voltage electrical projects including electricity production by fuel generators, windfarms, solar parks and hydrogen facilities and functions like SCADA, Power Control, Load Shedding, Control & Protection and Grid Code Compliance.Knowledge about the work processes for electrical projects and service lifecycleA creative and open mindset when searching for solutions, can combine theoretical knowledge and practical skillsCurious and eager to search for and obtain new knowledge, following the trend of Renewable Energy, Power System, Grid Code Compliance, Digitalization, Digital twins, Cloud and AI, IoT, etc.Client focus with excellent presentation and communication skillsScandinavian language skills are preferable. English with professional proficiency is a must
