As a Zimmer Biomet Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist for the Asia Pacific region, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and support the offer and onboarding process for new joining team members. This is a hybrid role that can split working remotely from home with being in the Kuala Lumpur office two days per week or upon request.
What You’ll Do:
Onboarding Support:
Handle the Offer and Onboarding process from Verbal Offer Acceptance to when they are ready to be entered into the HRIS systemPrepare and send offer lettersInitiate Onboarding of new Hires and collect necessary details and compliance documentsEnsure the proper pre-employment background check process has been initiated and completedWork closely with Recruiters providing or requesting information throughout the onboarding processReach out to candidates throughout the process to assist with or remind them of the onboarding pre-day one requirementsContinually review Onboarding processes for potential enhancements and improvements.
The Experience You Have:
1+ years’ experience in an administrative/coordinator role capacityProficiency in office management suite- Outlook, Excel, PowerPointPrior HR knowledge or experience a plusThe Skills You Have:
Strong attention to detailsHigh proficiency in spoken and written English. An additional Asia Pacific region language a plus: Japanese, Korean, Mandarin or Thai.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismExcellent verbal and written communication for professional interactions
