We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining procedures and methodologies to perform RCA related to cable systems, including high-voltage (HV) cables and their accessories.
This role requires a hands-on approach to forensic analysis and support for inspections and qualifications of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct operative and hands-on forensic analysis, following all phases meticulously.
• Support inspections and qualifications of new products in collaboration with internal and external customers.
• Assist with RCA processes in both plant locations and headquarters.
• Utilize statistical analysis theory and software to support RCA activities.
• Operate and maintain analytical laboratory equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis theory and proficiency with relevant software.
• Experience with analytical laboratory equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with high-voltage (HV) cable systems and their accessories.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
