KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

1. Sales Documentation Support

Assist in preparing and processing sales quotations, and delivery documentationAssist in maintaining proper filing and tracking of sales records

2. Sales Reporting & Analysis

Assist in Sales & collection data analysisWholesale distribution structure analysis and assistance

3. Understanding the Medical Device Distribution Structure

Tour of a pharmaceutical wholesalerUnderstanding Risk Management for Accounts Receivable

JOB QUALIFICATION

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (3rd or 4th year preferred)Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Strong communication and teamwork skillsEnglish communication skills (written/verbal) are a plus
