This position reports to

R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and configuration instructions.• Translate technical documents, user manuals, and internal communications from English to Chinese and vice versa.• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy.• Organize and structure complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.• Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and is consistent in style and format.• Assist in maintaining and updating documentation repositories and version control systems.• Conduct reviews and gather feedback to improve documentation quality.

Qualifications for the role

Requirements Bachelor degree (BSc) / master degree (MSc). Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Demonstrated ability to actively learn and quickly adapt to new technical concepts and tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Markdown, or LaTeX.
