Wood is recruiting for a Structural Integrity Engineer to join its Operated Assets business within our Operations team focusing on providing structural inspection and integrity management support to our clients North Sea assets ensuring compliance with corporate, regulatory, operational, and commercial requirements. This is a 12 month contract position inside IR35 and based at our clients office in Aberdeenshire with Hybrid working.

The Role

The Structural Integrity Engineer will implement, maintain & develop the Structural Integrity Management System on nominated asset(s) and be the focal point for all structural integrity issues on nominated asset(s).

You will maintain MCDR register (ONE-Aim) and ensures all structural defects are assessed in accordance with procedure with remedial actions in place to mitigate risk and ensure close out of MCDR in suitable time frame. For structural MCDRs requiring engineering ROs to address provide support to Operations by ensuring RO register is maintained and through attendance at monthly RO meeting.
