Key job responsibilities 職務概要 Strategic Supply Chain Manager は、サプライチェーン戦略に責任を持つことで、最高クラスの顧客体験を実現すると同時に、コストの最適化を図ります。このロールは、需要予測・発注・在庫管理などのエコシステムの構築、管理、最適化を含むサプライチェーンの改革・改善に重要な役割を果たします。また、商品のセレクションの拡充、在庫化率の向上、お客様への配送スピードの向上、および、コストの最適化を実現するため、施策を計画し、実行に移します。これらのことを、アマゾン内のグローバルな関連チームや日本の出版社や取次などのベンダーと密接に協力することで実現します。 Key responsibilities The Strategic Supply Chain Manager will demonstrate ownership of supply chain strategies to realize the best-in-class customer experience while optimizing cost structure. This role plays a critical role in helping Amazon build, manage and optimize a complex supply chain including Forecasting/Ordering/Inventory manage ecosystem. As Strategic Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing plans to improve availability of products, delivery speed to customers, and supply chain cost. You will achieve these initiatives by partnering closely with and influencing cross-functional internal teams and Books vendors. Basic Qualifications - 工学、ビジネス、または関連分野における学士号 - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field - 3年以上の関連職務の経験（プログラムまたはプロジェクト管理、様々な部署との協業プロジェクト、プロセス改善） - 3+ years of relevant experience (program or project management, working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience) - プログラム要件を定義し、データや指標を使用して改善点を判断した経験 - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - KPIなどのメトリック作成・改善の経験、および、生データからインサイトを抽出する分析力 - Experience with reporting technologies and analytics. Capable of turning raw data into information and insights. - 日本語が母国語、もしくは、JPLTN1 - Native Japanese or JPLT N1 - ビジネスレベルの英語 - Business level English required. Preferred Qualifications - 優れた意思決定力、書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション力、実践的で常識的なアプローチに基づく実行力 - Possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done. - 優れた分析能力と問題解決能力。 大規模で複雑なデータを処理する能力と、統計学またはその他の分析手法に精通している - Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills. Ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques. - 優先順位付け、スケジュール管理、時間管理、期限の遵守などの優れた実行力 - Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines. - カイゼン、リーン生産方式、シックスシグマなどのプロセス改善の経験 - Experience with improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
