As a Product Manager in Client Onboarding & Servicing (COS) Platform Aligned Strategy team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities:
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersWork with senior executives to develop the strategic vision and roadmap for onboarding, product, and serviceDrive competitive assessments including peer to peer benchmarking and market disruptorsEstablish and review key strategic priorities, translating them into actionable and measurable plans with clear deliverablesLead the development of compelling business cases to support the organization’s multi-year planning processSupport the team in conducting deep dive assessments of current state and future state with subject matter expertsIdentify opportunities and capabilities to create an industry-leading onboarding experience that exceeds client expectations Support the team’s objective to build a model which supports low-friction/low-effort onboardings across a variety of use cases where speed to onboard meets market demandCollaborate with stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams in the assessment of new opportunities and initiativesEnsure business cases for new initiatives are aligned with the group’s strategy, understand the benefits they would provide, and mitigate risk of subsequent delivery failureEnsure a seamless transition from concept through initiation and delivery execution as initiatives move through their natural lifecycleRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
