Your role and responsibilitiesJoin our team as a System Drives Strategic Sales Process Specialist, where you'll take full ownership of our Customer and Opportunity Management processes. In this role, you will develop, optimize and be responsible for hands-on enhancement of sales processes, sales tools and workflows to align with divisional priorities, ensuring seamless usage an d adoption across our sales organizations. Your expertise will drive efficiency, data quality, and sales effectiveness, empowering teams to perform at their best while streamlining operations. In this role as Division’s Global Champion for Customer & Opportunity Management , you take an ownership of development and maintenance of Customer & Opportunity Management processes and tools (currently Salesforce and CQP). The work model for the role is: hybrid; #LI-HybridThe role is contributing to the Motion / System Drives division globally.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tProcess Ownership & Optimization; Oversee customer and opportunity management processes, ensuring they are streamlined, integrated into tools, and effectively executed across sales teams. Represent the division in cross-business development initiatives.•\tImplementation & Adoption; Act as a Division Champion, driving usage and adoption of processes and tools, managing change, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with Division M&S Management to align SFDC with business needs.•\tSupport & Training; Provide training, create guidelines, and actively support global and local teams to maximize tool efficiency. Promote best practices in sales productivity, planning, forecasting, and collaboration.•\tTool & Data Enhancements; Collect feedback, initiate change requests, lead testing, and maintain dashboards and reports (SFDC, PowerBI) for global and division-specific priorities.
Qualifications for the role\tDegree in Engineering, IT, Business Processes or similar.\tMinimum 5 years of experience with sales, processes, Salesforce, PowerBI and quotation tools.\tInternational business and global collaboration experience are benefits\tExperience of using Salesforce.com (and possibly also CQP – Common Quotation Platform) preferably on advanced level.\tProject and change management, leadership skills and good interpersonal skills.\tCapability to deliver clear written and spoken messages and influence without line management authority.\tCollaborative team player.\tComfortable using written and spoken English as a working language.\tAdvanced IT skills as well as Power BI understanding will be beneficial.
