If necessary, clean transport carts and cutlery, dish, etc. drains, and move clean items to the storage room. Notice any issues with devices and their development, and communicate this to your supervisor. Wash cutlery, dishes, glassware, and kitchen materials with the help of the automatic dishwasher. Separate dirty plates, cutlery, glassware, etc., and remove food leftovers and scraps. Place plates, cutlery, etc., neatly in the proper cabinets and load them into the dishwasher's exit line. Clean and dry trays, cutlery, etc., sorted from the dishwasher's final track. If necessary, dry or polish washed dishes.
