Sr. Quality Service Associate, Device Tech Support

Description
At this role the associate gets a chance to work on multiple generations of E-reader devices and will directly contribute to the high quality of the devices.
Key job responsibilities
1. Follow SOP/ predefined test cases and execute test cases prepared for testing Software builds on multiple platform
2. Raise defects for all failures observed and track doubts related to the execution of test instructions through pre-defined mechanisms
3. Responsible for security and maintenance of the company assets, accessories and devices allocated to perform daily operations
4. Understand testing procedures, guidelines and policies for new devices and apply the same in day-to-day work.
5. Use software tools for validation, analysis and data capture daily
6. Capture and communicate test results, escalate failures. Deep Dive on defects identify rootcuase etc.
7. Audit test execution results and issues raised by the team to ensure compliance with defined guidelines, provide feedback as applicable.
8. Create SOPs based on existing test methods and processes with little assistance.
9. Provide floor support for DA I queries and are able to unblock them when needed
10. Contribute to weekly quality review discussions, highlighting issues and potential risks.
11. Identify improvements that help project key metrics such as productivity, defect leakage, quality in work assignments, errors, mismatches etc.
Basic Qualifications
Good Communication Testing Knowledge and experience Good Analytical Skill.
Very good stakeholder management and communication management

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Experience in software testing and managing testing projects. • Strong judgment and instincts and able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment
