Are you ready to drive the success of over 100,000 brand owners across 10 EU stores, representing 80% of Amazon's European business? We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Program Manager to join our high-impact team and lead end-to-end projects that increase new selection success and enhance seller experience on a massive scale.
In this influential role, you will be at the forefront of improving how thousands of sellers create high-quality content listings for their most valuable products. You'll work independently to manage a variety of stakeholders across functional teams, both within and outside your region. Your ability to dive deep into complex data sets will be crucial as you develop and launch solutions that drive actions on behalf of sellers, ultimately improving their experience with our programs and contributing to the success of overall 3P business.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, with a strong bias for action and excellent problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable managing ambiguity, demonstrating high judgment, and identifying new opportunities to support our selling partners across 10 diverse European marketplaces. Your role will contribute to shaping the long-term strategy for new selection success and growth, requiring you to anticipate and respond to both selling partner and customer needs on a scale that impacts millions of customers and hundreds of thousands of businesses.
This role can be based from one of our corporate office locations in Luxembourg, London or Munich.
