Position Summary
The Sr. Multi-Family Office Advisor collaborates with Private Bankers and Advisors to deliver comprehensive Family Office solutions to Banco Santander International's clients. Using a consultative sales approach, the individual educates clients on Family Office services, and offers Family Office solutions to prospective and existing clients. Key responsibilities include understanding complex family structures, communicating the value of Family Office offerings, driving market share, and enhancing brand awareness.
Additionally, the Sr. Multi-Family Office Advisor provides active advisory and trading execution for clients, offering tactical investment ideas based on proprietary and third-party research across a range of products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products and foreign exchange. The individual is responsible for new business development opportunities and acts as primary resource for investment communication. A strong financial services background, multi-product expertise, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
The Sr. Multi-Family Office Advisor reports to the Head of Products & Investments.
Position Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead comprehensive discussions and education sessions with prospective and existing clients of Family Office solutions. Must understand complex family structures to articulate the value of Banco Santander International's Family Office services.
• Collaborate with Private Bankers and Advisors to drive market share growth, promote brand awareness, and contribute to the strategic direction of Family Office offerings through a consultative sales approach.
• Provide active advisory and trading execution services to clients across multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, and foreign exchange. Deliver tactical investment ideas based on proprietary and third-party research.
• Maintain expertise across a wide range of investment products and Family Office services, contribute feedback to enhance Family Office offerings to meet client needs and market trends.
• Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor.
Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
Business Experience: 6 - 8 years of relevant experience or demostrated required level of proficiency
Specialized and/or Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of family office structures, governance, and wealth management strategies.
• Ability to tailor solutions based on clients' needs.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, and FX.
• Ability to generate and present tactical investment ideas based on research; proprietary and third-party.
• Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with a wide range of client profiles and product sets.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both, verbal and written.
Licenses / Certifications: CFA is a plus
Languages: English and Spanish, required. Portuguese is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Duties are performed in an office environment. Physical demands could involve any or all of the following: digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in the operation of office equipment; light to moderate lifting (10-20 lbs.) and carrying of supplies, files, etc; the ability to speak to and hear customers and/or other employees both telephone calling and in person; and body motor skills sufficient to enable the incumbent to move from one office location to another.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
