Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is looking to hire an experienced program manager to join the ATS Surface Transportation (ST) responsible for leading our long term 3Y strategy as well as operational plans for the following year. You will be part of a dynamic team that will help deliver the vision and mission for the broader transportation organization.

You will need to have a true hands-on approach, strong program leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority across many teams to generate creative solutions to key strategic problems in the transportation world. As this position involves regular interaction with senior leadership (Director/VP) in ATS/ST, you need to be comfortable communicating clearly at that level whilst also working directly with various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization across Amazon.


Key job responsibilities
1) Own 3Y strategy plan for Relay Supply team in the EU which includes presenting to senior leadership.
2) Own Operational plan for the following year for Relay Supply team in the EU which includes presenting to senior leadership.
3) Work across multiple teams within Surface Transportation as well as outside (Tech/Finance/Planning/Process Improvement/Change Management) to influence and prioritize plans on their roadmaps.
4) Managing several competing priorities, you will ensure critical programs remain visible to all stakeholders whilst escalating where plans are not on track.
5) You will dive deep where required and not be afraid to learn about each stakeholder’s contribution and challenges, whilst maintaining a think big perspective at all times.
6) You’ll own communications for your business and write and present business cases using information acquired from various stakeholders.
