Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr Quality Engineer – With focus on Data Analysis & Digital Generation to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating digital solutions and data analysis, with a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and processes.

This candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive business decisions and make improvements.

This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

Empower Decision-Making: Ensure relevant data is available in the required format for regular monitoring of quality performance.Automate for Visibility: Develop automated solutions to enhance data visibility on a daily basis.Boost Analytical Skills: Support the organization in developing analytical competencies across the team.Engage in Continuous Learning: Embrace the opportunity to learn something new every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis Tools: Create powerful data analysis tools using SAP, Power BI, Power Apps, etcKPI Coordination: Collect, consolidate, and validate data for various KPIs and prepare it for in-depth analysis.Innovative Automation: Conceptualize and develop automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Overall Quality related reporting for the regional Automotive Solutions organization: Monthly Quality Reports, Internal Defect Costs, External Defect Costs, Warranty tracking, etcCoordination of risk evaluation for any field related issues.Problem Solving coordinationSpecial projects (warranty, Problem Solving cases, customer complaints, etc)Support on customer complaints and warranty, as well as other plant related issues.Support the Plant team members in all relevant quality topic.

Analytical Pro: You have a knack for turning data into actionable insights.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using data analysis tools like Power BI, SAP, and Oracle - SQL.Collaborative: Excellent at coordinating with various stakeholders to gather and validate data.Problem Solver: Innovative mindset with a passion for developing automation solutions.Communicator: Able to communicate assertively with stakeholders and effectively summarize and deliver digital content to the organization.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or other technical field required.5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or any other technical relevant function (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, etc)Responsible, accountable, and independent worker and self-starter who is relationship focused, yet analytical and persuasive with a positive attitude and works with a sense of urgency.Power BI experience required.Proficiency in English.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong presentation skills.Ability to communicate with various areas on multiple levels of our organization.Ability to explain technical content to a non-technical source.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $92,800 - $120,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
