Role Description:
The Senior Associate will play a critical role in leveraging analytics and strategic thinking to accelerate the growth of Oak Street Health membership. This is an opportunity to partner across the organization to identify data-backed solutions to key pain points, as well as develop and help implement creative initiatives that will drive OSH’s rapid growth. This position will join a team of Associates / Senior Associates and will report to the Sr Director of Growth Strategy and Analytics.
Core Responsibilities:
Perform data / analytics to inform decision-making across the Growth organization
Contribute and help to drive forward (under the direction of Manager) key growth-focused initiatives
Develop and maintain monthly reporting, driving insights and action items to improve performance
Collaborate with other team members, as well as field team members to drive initiatives forward
Develop materials and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders
Other strategic / analytical priorities, as determined by Sr Director, Growth Strategy and Analytics
Other duties, as assigned
What are we looking for?
1-2 years at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or other comparable experience
Analytical and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and value-based care
Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint; experience with Alteryx, SQL or other programming languages a plus
Effective and flexible team player with demonstrated success in a fast-paced “start-up” environment
Demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging data / analytics to solve problems
Proven innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence decision-making at many levels of leadership

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
