As a Senior Associate in the Innovation Economy and Healthcare Services Business Management team, you will lead strategic initiatives and provide data-driven insights to support business leaders in optimizing performance and achieving growth goals. With a focus on developing data infrastructure and support for the healthcare services business, you will work with leadership to support the growth of the healthcare and health tech businesses. Your role will involve executing independent tasks, contributing to strategic initiatives, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
Job responsibilities
Respond promptly to executive requests, delivering high-quality project management, presentation development, and business analysis.Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.Strategically organize complex information with compelling design, showcasing expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.Perform data-driven trend analysis with effective storytelling, message clarity, and analysis visualization.Communicate key business metrics and their importance, both financial and non-financial, to support data-driven decision-making.Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area4+ years of experience in Business Management, management consulting, or COO rolesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsProficiency in software and digital tools such as Excel, Alteryx, and Qlik dashboardsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearlyProven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholdersMeticulous attention to detail and a continuous commitment to design excellenceDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solvingDemonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agendaAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
