In this role, you will:

Receive, enter, and process orders into the Business System. Respond to general inquiries and requests received from the mailbox and identify the need for escalations. Coordinate with factory personnel, representatives, inside sales, and customer support. Notify customers of the promised delivery date and provide shipment confirmation to customers. Update order and quote records and status in Business System

For this role, you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course At least 3 years of experience related to documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or function. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel. Applicable business processes and system tools, including Oracle, FileNet, eDocs, and SharePoint. General understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
