Solutions Consultant

The Solutions Consultant will identify, construct, exhibit, and facilitate the adoption of complex customer solutions. This collaborative, customer-facing role focuses on driving revenue growth, identifying potential opportunities, and delivering high-value solutions.

This product-agnostic team supports and shapes solutions for customer challenges. Success in this role requires understanding customer needs, flexibility, strong software and solution knowledge, and market awareness to provide credible and competitive recommendations.

What you’ll do

Map customer requirements for transformation projects and document Solution Concepts.

Collaborate with Sales and clients to present and refine solutions and concepts.

Engage internal stakeholders to assess and validate solutions.

Develop solution designs and requirements with customers.

Participate in solution transition from pre-sales to development and assess risks.

Contribute to contracts and ensure successful solution implementation and change management.

Collaborate on customer insights and support sales targets.

Identify new application areas and explore sales opportunities.

Maintain industry knowledge and provide feedback to internal teams.

What Experience you need

5+ years of enterprise solutions or sales experience

Experience with complex solution identification, qualification and development

Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to tailor presentations according to the needs and varying levels of technical understanding of different audiences.

Proven experience helping to solve enterprise customer problems and challenges

Demonstrated ability to develop expert knowledge, analytical, diagnostic, project management and problem‑solving skills

What could set you apart

Experience in a similar role within the financial services, banking or telecommunications industry

Solution design experience

Banking and Finance experience

Ability to present to various levels within organisations, including C level.
