The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Data Platform is a comprehensive system that facilitates the collection, storage, processing, and analysis of IAM data within an organization. It acts as the backbone for managing data from diverse sources and supports data-driven decision-making. We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and assist in building and maintaining a robust data platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be tasked with designing, developing, and optimizing high-quality, industry-leading technology products. Job responsibilities

Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problemsCreates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systemsProduces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code developmentGathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systemsProactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architectureContributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologiesAdds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience: developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languagesHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityExperience in PySpark, Flask/Fast API, PythonHands on Experience with IaC tools like TerraformStrong experience with AWS services such as S3, Redshift, DynamoDB, SQS, ECS and GlueExperience with containerization technologies like Docker and KubernetesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleSolid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Github, Application Resiliency, and SecurityDemonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline.
