Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and applied experienceHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languagesDemonstrable ability to code in one or more languagesExperience across the whole Software Development Life CycleExposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityEmerging knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)Working experience on Micro-Service architecture based application using Java and Spring, strong technical knowledge of Database, Kafka and REST paradigmsHands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityGood understanding of SDLC, continuous build and integration, software design patterns and how to apply them to build maintainable code
