# **About the role:** The Tech Center in Brazil is expanding, and our teams in Core Services, Delivery, and Mobility are looking for talented Software Engineers to join and contribute to our projects. You will work with global teams to develop products impacting millions of users worldwide, while supporting our platform teams in enhancing engineering processes. Here’s a closer look at each team: - **Core Services:** This team builds the foundational infrastructure and platforms that power all of Uber’s products. As a member, you'll develop scalable, reliable, and reusable services that are critical to Uber’s global operations. Your work here will directly influence the performance and stability of our systems, ensuring that millions of transactions and data flows run smoothly every day. - **Delivery:** The Delivery team is focused on innovating and streamlining how products and services reach our customers. In this role, you'll contribute to building efficient and robust systems that support order processing, logistics, and real-time tracking. Your contributions will help optimize the end-to-end delivery experience, making it more reliable and seamless for both drivers and customers. - **Mobility:** The Mobility team is dedicated to reimagining transportation solutions for a dynamic world. You will work on projects that enhance ride-sharing, navigation, and real-time route optimization. This team is at the forefront of creating innovative solutions that not only improve mobility but also transform the way people and goods move in cities around the globe. # **Minimum qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field **OR** 3-year full-time Software Engineering work experience **WHICH INCLUDES** 3-year total technical software engineering experience in one or more of the following areas: - Android Development. - Android Java or Android Kotlin. - Advanced English language skills are also important since this team will be working with other engineers and stakeholders from different regions around the world _Note the 3-year total of specialized software engineering experience may have been gained through education and full-time work experience, additional training, coursework, research, or similar (OR some combination of these).
