Responsibilities  

Lead Cloud migration projects, take charge of end-to-end cloud migration projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget, while maintaining top-notch quality 

Regularly connect with stakeholders to gather their needs, make sure they’re accurately translated into technical solutions, and keep everyone in the loop with consistent updates 

Work closely with technical teams to design and implement effective cloud migration strategies 

Oversee the daily operations of cloud services, ensuring everything runs smoothly, performs optimally, and any issues are quickly resolved 

Implement and maintain cloud best practices throughout the organization, ensuring top-tier service resilience, security, and compliance 

Act as the main point of contact for all infrastructure cloud service-related questions, concerns, and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions 

Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to ensure optimal service delivery, support, and enhancements 

Continuously assess, research, and integrate the latest cloud technologies, tools, and services to keep us competitive and ensure operational excellence 

Qualifications 

Required Qualifications/Experience:?? 

Professional hands-on experience in the IT service industry with architecture or DevOps 

Graduates/Post-Graduates in computer science or equivalent. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills? 

Experience working with public, hybrid and on-premises private clouds 

Experience in on-premises infrastructure related technologies (compute, storage and backup and recovery) 

Experience of delivering IT cloud infrastructure projects and transformation programs, including rollouts would be considered an advantage  

Experience on troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues 

Working experience in Agile Development and familiar with industry-standard project management processes for Development Teams 

Understanding of enterprise, network, system and application-level architecture 

In Depth Experience in traditional VM, container (Docker, Kubernetes), or serverless based architectures, common source control systems (git, SVN, Bitbucket) and project structure/organization and containerization tools such as Docker 

Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and awareness and the ability to design, plan, and implement security solutions 

Preferred Qualifications:?? 

TOGAF Certification 

High-level language programming skills 

Enthusiastic about maintaining and growing a wide technical skillset 

Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible 

Ability to work in both collaborative and independent work environments 

Understanding and experience in the fields of GenAI and DevSecOps
